The order has arrived but it does not appear

The order arrived and the customer says he paid. But the order will not be placed until the account is verified. My account is a verified account. I cannot understand what the problem is. I have received messages repeatedly saying "unblock the shop". What is the reason for this? and suddenly my list views dropped to 0

It is someone trying to scam you, you have no sales showing in your shop.

Only sales which appear under orders in your dashboard are correct.

Orders, or verifications will never appear in your messenger, please see the warning below the message box, warning you about scams

It could be that you are receiving scam messages.  Your shop shows 0 sales, your payment options are visible and when putting one of your dresses in my cart, there was nothing blocking me from completing the purchase.
