I see this was a problem before. Most solutions say revert back to the old form but that is no longer available.
Am having the same issue in both new and renewed listings. Cannot complete either listing type. I get the error message each time. Have tried several things such as clearing cache and cookies, restarting etc. Nothing seems to help.
Use the duplicate feature and edit the copied listing. The category carries over.
