The New Is This Ready to Ship Pop Up Thingy - a Glitch

I noticed, when I am editing or listing, the little pop up asking if my item is ready to go or not ready to go, the selections keep flip flopping. I noticed it after I felt like I'd known the order by heart then saw it change. Indeed, the 2 options change back and forth from spot #1 and #2. Yes, I look now, but some people do things by rote and I can see people choosing the wrong selection just by auto clicking the top or 2nd selection out of habit.

I do have every thing ready to ship. I click that one. I have not noticed the flipping. I will watch for it.

I only see that on the new listing form before I click out of it to go to the old form.  I don't see it on the old form.

I have not been on the old form for ages so I don't know, I may test it to see if I see it. 
I don't mind it, but boy, who coded it to flip flop selections like that lol!

You might want to be answering this because I think it may be that they are giving special consideration to things that are ready to ship.  If you can answer that yours are then it might help their search placement.

Yes, I noticed the flip flop of responses the other day. Still not sure which one I clicked on as ready  to ship.

I see it before I switch to old listing format which has more options for category extensions.

I have noticed it and figured it was on purpose so that people have to pay attention and read the selections every time.

It’s likely some kind of A/B test to check whether the ordering of options introduces a bias in the responses (e.g. people may be more likely to click on the first option, regardless of what it says).

I just wish they spent half as much developer time on fixing REAL issues!

This reminds me of something @SmudgePlant said a while back.  They would rather be videogame programmers.  It is making up things you have to work through to get to the next level.
