there was Buyer sent me same message twice with the exact content and I have replied immediately one of them, but I have only realized it counted as 2 separate threads and it affected my Star seller progress...anyone know where could I get help for this as Help support said she couldnt do anything about this, thanks

Etsy highlights them in BLUE if they need replying to, it's not a trick
etsy won't do anything about the stats.
be careful marking as spam, as if they come back to you later, with a query, then you won't see their messages, and you could miss one that means a case can be opened
