Temporary restrictions

Hey, my account has been temporarily restricted and I don’t know how to fry it back. It said I needed to pay like £3 for something , and I did. And it’s just coming back on, does anyone know what I can do?

thank you

Re: Temporary restrictions

Could it also have something to do with the amount of 1star reviews for non receipt?

Have you had a lot of cases opened against your shop?

Have you emailed etsy? Have you gotten any emails from them? maybe in your junk mail folder?

Is there a big red banner on your shop dashboard or account page? If yes, what does it say?

Re: Temporary restrictions

I did like the reviewer who took a photo of her empty hand within the review

Re: Temporary restrictions

I would imagine going by the amount of 1-star reviews being left by buyers, which I presume that you will also have a lot of open cases against you for non-delivery, has got the attention of Etsy and they have stepped in and temporarily put your shop "on a break" to either catch up with those orders, or they have been refunding the buyers. No one here can help you, we are just other sellers, if you want answers, you need to contact Etsy support with your questions.

Re: Temporary restrictions

Yeah, I think it's this. ^^

Items can go missing and some of those 1 stars are from the same person who ordered multiple items.

But sellers can't simply not reply to messages about missing items.

Maybe if OP hasn't been replying, Etsy might even be worried they've gone AWOL
