We have been selling on Etsy for 5 years and until recently have had no issues with our account. However, we appear to be having a similar issue to a number of other users where we have a ‘temporary hold on funds’. All documentation checks have been completed and our bank account details are up to date, however we cannot resolve this issue. Like many others, it is essential for us to withdraw our funds in order to support our Etsy shop. We have had numerous chat conversations with Etsy support and emails but have not been able to resolve this. The chat function has now been removed from the help centre and we have been advised in an email to ‘file an appeal’ even though our account is not suspended. We would be grateful for any help that we can get with this issue.

All your items are listed as Handmade: jewelry of different styles and materials, wooden boxes, straw hats, ceramic ornaments and so on. Handmade on Etsy means all these items must be made by you. But identical items are available online. In some "personalized items", personalization is optional.
As a UK shop, you must accept returns.
Could it be the issue? Etsy might have decided it is a reseller shop.
