Hi,
I recently updated the banking information on my payment account.
After recent sales, there is a “temporary hold” on my account. Even though it says my banking information is verified, and according to what I could find on the Etsy site, holds are supposed to last only five days.
However, it has been nearly 2 weeks and the hold still remains. When I tried to contact Etsy support, it said that the site was done, but when I clicked the link to the status of the issue, it said the site was working fine.
I need assistance resolving this issue.
