my share and save link takes me to an Uh-oh the page you are looking for can not be found. Although I copy my listing links when I post them on threads or Instagram I don't think that I've ever got one single share and save discount.
I have no problem using the save and share. I do it from the listing. Are you logged into Pinterest or Facebook when you try to use the save and share.
