Technical issues or I think I've been hacked.

Hi! im new to Etsy as a seller and after posting my first listing I can't do anything else. I sent a message in the help center a day ago but haven't received a response. Any ideas???

Check your dashboard, if Etsy requires additional information from you, you will see notifications in form of a banner in your dashboard (never in chat)

Also check your emails and spam folder, to see if they required additional information regarding ID or banking

I think you are going to need to be a little more specific. What do you mean by "I can't do anything else".  What are you trying to do? List another item? Purchase something? Check your stats? Once you have your items listed  what else had you planned/tried to do? 

ETA: I see you have a short about page and your payment options are showing . All I can see that you need to do is add your shop location, add more listings, etc
