Buyer unable to complete the order

After a long time I received msg from buyer for purchase of my Painting but since last 15 days I m facing problem with etsy first there is a technical problem relating to enrollment to new payment system that problem solved now another problem pop up that my buyer making an order and got canceled automatically and now her account got suspended 

She msg me about that 

I don't know what to do now

@SharviArtCreations: "I don't know what to do now" There is nothing that you can do. Presuming that this not some new variant of the scams being attempted against sellers, Etsy will not discuss other people's accounts with you - for privacy and legal reasons.

I had that happen to a wonderful repeat customer recently.

She is still locked out of her account and unable to purchase anything from Etsy or contact customer service. 

She can message sellers, browse and put things in her cart.  She just cannot buy anything from Etsy.

It started the same way that you describe, purchase, automatic cancellation, unable to buy anything on Etsy.

I suspect this is a recent Etsy glitch.  It is unfortunate that a (former) Etsy customer is not able to purchase here or access customer support.

@CostumeCoutureNaomi hmm I wonder how many buyers that's happened to? And yet Etsy have noted that there are too many sellers and not enough buyers. Perhaps they need to fix the buyer problems before rolling out new features!?

I recently had something similar with a buyer who couldn't pay with her credit card.  Just couldn't purchase the item. There was nothing wrong with her card; It was the same as she uses to pay through PayPal. She came back in and used PayPal to purchase the item with no problem.  I'm glad she let me know what happened.  Now I wonder how many other potential customers are out there who aren't able to use their credit cards so just moved on....
