There has been a technical issue in my shop.
I charge my Canadian customers HST/GST, and because Etsy stopped taking care of this since the summer, I have two prices listed for each item in my shop, one for Canadian customers (incl. HST/GST) and another price for "everywhere else". Since November 29 Etsy has been charging my Canadian customers the price for "everywhere else" (15% below the listed price) on some of my listings. I have been in contact with customer support on a regular basis since the end of November, but the issue is still not resolved. I have asked them several times to confirm that Etsy will reimburse the difference, but they have still not responded.
I have been patiently waiting, but I'm starting to get worried. I am looking for advice on how to handle this.

I am having this problem too! I found that if I go back in to a listing I seem to be able to change my everywhere else price. Next time I edit the listing, it seems to go wrong again.
I've even had it where my summary screen looks correct, but the listing is incorrect. I'm losing money!
Hello, I am new and set up my shop and listed all items with their prices. However one item sold for a different price. I logged in through my partners Etsy account and all my items are listed as $130 aud instead of all the individual prices. Anyone know how or why? Help support e-mail still hasn't been answered
