My shop has been miscalculated for not getting the star seller badge for the month of May.
Please note that while processing an order on 14th April 2023, I have asked the buyer to share the contact number for the courier purposes, and , the buyer replied by creating a new message thread. That’s the technical error etsy should rectify.
Please help me to get back the star seller badge.

It's not a technical error,
you have to reply to each new message thread, ettsy is very clear about that

Despite being a response to a question asked in another message, the buyer answered by starting a new one. That new message needed to be answered within 24 hours as well. The error, unfortunately, was made by you.

The bots just see an unanswered message they don't know who it is from or if it is a duplicate so all messages must be replied to or sent to spam.
