My on time dispatch stat was 100% and then suddenly it dropped to 96% in between January to end of March. Now it dropped to 93% for the start of April. I was told it was because 1 order is missing tracking information. The tracking number in question however when you search etsy orders has tracking information populated and when you click on the link for tracking it shows delivered. Need this rectified asap as it is bringing my stat down.

You are a star seller
for now but the incorrect stat dropped my shipping stat to 93% and minimum for star is 95%. I was advised by an etsy agent via the chat to start a conversation here in the forum to get it fixed since its a technical issue
@AGOrigins: Support and the Virtual Assistant appear to be trained to send people to the forum as soon as 'Star Seller' is mentioned as they do not have the authority or ability to manually adjust Star Seller stats.
Support can, however, correct the underlying data and then the stats will auto-update, just not retroactively. Success seems to be based on who you get and it has been strongly suggested to not mention Star Seller so that the focus remains on the actual issue - the incorrect tracking status.
I don't know why you were directed to post in the technical issues forum ... Etsy has stated they cannot make any changes to SS data!

So even though it's a technical issue on their end driving my stat down I'm going to be stuck dealing with the consequence?
@AGOrigins Was this package delivered to the post office within your processing time frame? Did you get a receipt from USPS showing the item was scanned in? For the US showing in transit within the processing time frame is very important.
If you use a POD did you check to see if the item was shipped on time?
A new month started so you have time for the stat to go up.
And please do finish your shop. Add your location, about page and shipping policies. It is a help to us fellow sellers when answering questions.
