Hello Etsy Germany has contact me via chat. but the user have no info, no proove that he is a supporter.  i got this:

 is he in the etsy team or not? after i click to the email its direct to me another site where i should give me credit cart infos.

This is a variation of a common scam going around on Etsy at the moment.  This person has nothing to do with Etsy and is only trying to get your email and credit card information.  Send it to spam and report it to Etsy.

NO Alex, THIS IS A SCAMMER PRETENDING TO BE ETSY SUPPORT! And it's concerning he is using FAKE Chat to do it. Don't click anything and don't engage;  Mark this Message as Spam.  I am sorry you were targeted. So many new Sellers as well as seasoned ones, are being hit.
Please see this Announcement from Etsy re: scams. It is under past Announcements. I wish there was a prominent Warning in every Seller's Dashboard; the situation calls for it. Stay safe.

FYI- etsy messages from real Etsy Support has their profile avatar overlaid with an orange square with the letter E  - I believe I've read that this is something scammers aren't able to replicate (yet).

Look at some of the Admin profiles in the Announcements section to see what it's supposed to look like.

Another variation of the scam where they gain your email, and then get you to trust them to give your credit card details. Do not engage with them, send the message to spam.

These messages do not come from Etsy, and we recommend that you do not engage with them at all; just flag them as spam instead, so your Star Seller ratings will not be affected.
