You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
Etsy probably won't see your post and very few people have come to the forums to complain which is usually a marker that everyone else is not experiencing what you are experiencing.
I suggest the usual, Clean out cache and cookies. Rebooot. Run utilities.
