Possibly it is your computer that is the issue. How old is it? What is the OS? What about your graphics card? Do you need to delete photos, videos, etc to create room? Since you have exhausted other possibilities, I would suggest focusing on your computer. One way I knew one of my computers years back was getting ready to give me grief was Etsy. Only place I had trouble. Then one day the infamous black screen that said the hard drive had died.
