Technical Issues Verifying by banking details

Is anyone else experiencing problems in the uk for verifying their banking details.   Ive tried multiple times and kicked out every time!  So I try again and again.  Ive been told by a member of the team that there are technical problems but im not sure if its me doing something wrong as I cant find anyone else who seems to be going through the same issue

most problems are that not everything matches,

so if you are John D Smith in the legal section,

your bank account name, or ID can't be John David Smith

they have to be exact matches
