Technical Issue with Updated you Account Info Etsy just pushed out and their help team won't listen

So I have an LLC that is a disregarded entity, so I also have to add my personal information on my tax documents. (All my documents show as verified BTW.) Etsy's new validation is asking me to update my personal ID with a Personal ID that my Business name on it! They documents they was my business to have is a driver's license,  passport, etc! Started calling 7 days ago, have multiple tickets in and still no call back, emails back or resolution! Anyone else run into this and found a resolution?

I'm having the same issue. They put my store in vacation mode. I have provided everything they've asked for. They want me to edit my bank information, but since they shut down my store, I don't have access to the edit function for this. I have emailed and emailed to no avail. I can't find any other way to contact support. This is my busy season and I'm losing sales. If someone has a solution, I'd love to hear it!

I do not understand how Etsy continues to not help sellers!! They make announcements, that we sellers have full customer service and it takes days and days for them to answer (if they do at all)  and it is usually not an answer. They do not work for ETsy or speak English, which is why they never answer the real questions. VERY SAD SITUATION FOR A BUSINESS.

@WestCraftsStudio  You still have access to your financials even when in vacation mode.

They shut down that too. When I go to Payment settings, there's just a red banner saying that Etsy payments is currently unavailable to my shop.

Still not resolved! Talk to the help people at least 5 times! They say they are sending it to Tech support, but nothing ever happens.
