Having huge problems with digital downloads this week. A lot of customers are reporting problems with links to files- either not receiving links, or not being able to access the files from the links. Some are reporting not receiving all files included in their purchase. Please look into this Etsy. I’m finding it’s always been an issue, but this week the issue seems to be widespread.

I am experiencing the same problem.  All my customers lately are saying they never received any download link. I am not happy to have angry customers thinking it is my fault.

Mt temporary solution is to attach the digital item pdf to my customer's message so they can access it as soon as I reply
