Tech difficulties ongoing

I’ve tried four…four times to create a new listing. Yes! I saved it but it still disappears! I won’t allow a new shipping profile either. What’s going on?

Re: Tech difficulties ongoing

You can copy sold listings in the shop manager.  That takes just as much time as the other way.

You can renew the listing in the order page but you still have to go in to the listings manager to edit.  The renew listing only renews the listing as it is.

It sounds more like this is a computer issue than an Etsy issue.  Did you do all the usual?  Clean out cache and cookies?  Reboot computer.  Is browser up to date?  Are you using Safari?  It can be problematic with Etsy.

What is running in the background?  Is Windows removing huge chunks of disc space?  How old is your computer? Did you migrate from Windows 7, 8 to 10 or 11?  Older computer can have difficulties with the newer versions of 10 and 11.

You don't save a new listing.  You publish it.  Are you trying to save as a draft?  It requires cetain information or it won't save?

@JLHOTCHKISSDESIGNS Try a different browser. It sounds like a browser or device issue, rather than an Etsy issue.

@FoxBoxMarket Replied in your own thread.

@FoxBoxMarket I can "Copy" a "Sold Out" Listing from both the Orders and Listings Pages. Windows 11 / Chrome Browser

Sounds to me like a Browser / Device issue rather than an Etsy System Error ar a change to how things work.
