Taxpayer ID pending verification for over 6 months, no response from etsy

Hi I recently had a relative take over the business during the holidays and we never managed to get past the taxpayer name verification even though we used his NINO number and correct address and bank account, we waited the 48 hours, then 2 weeks, messaged etsy and had no response, now 6 months have gone by and I would like to add my current own Taxpayer ID, address and bank account to continue working online with my store, however, etsy are still yet to respond to the 6 tickets I have with them spanned over the last 6 months, with no real human form of contact with etsy, what on earth do I do? I can't call them, can't live chat with them, and cannot communicate via email or tickets apparently?

Etsy shops can't be transferred to another person.

You can add another person who owns more than 25% of the store as an additional taxpayer ID

As you've already been informed by @NanaLetha you cannot transfer a shop to another person or add an extra persons tax ID.  A new shop would have to be opened.

You can't take over a business here on Etsy. You'll have to open a new shop. It's great that you pay the most taxes, but that won't get you far with Etsy. Good luck with this. Etsy is a platform for handmade items. Make something great out of it, I would say.

I don't think any of you understand what I am saying here, I am the owner of my shop. I changed the taxpayer ID to my cousins (which you can do by the way as it is an option on all of your stores) and the name failed to change correctly, I am simply wanting to change the name BACK to my own name, I have owned this store since day one.

I'm changing back the taxpayer name back to my own name as the first day I set up my shop years ago and it's not working. instead, shop got suspended. Very frustrated. I did try to change the acct owner 6 months ago and Etsy doesn't allow this, so the tax payer ID stayed same. However, it didn't stop me to change the owner's name. Etsy just stopped me to change the name back to match the tax payer ID. I'm stuck and don't know where to find help, except keep emailing etsy.

I am merely being precise with my words so no one confuses what I am saying, I'm not changing store owners, I'm not doing anything other than putting my name back on my shop, it just appears to be stuck. Suggesting there is a tone merely because I am being clear is a very odd thing to do on a support forum, this isn't kindergarten?

The additional taxpayer ID, is for the store owners additional taxpayer ID, not another persons,

so for UK, you can put in your NINO number, and your UTR number, you can't put in anyone elses number in.

if either of them is not yours, etsy will collapse in a heap, when it tries to verify

when you add additional taxpayer ID it says

Your taxpayer ID is used when reporting to your local tax authorities. By providing these details, you certify that your name and ID are correct under penalties of perjury

yours, no-one elses.

tax ID's, bank account name, legal name, address ID, all have to belong to the 1 same person, that set up the shop in the first place.

You cannot transfer shops, and you cannot add anyone elses tax information and expect it to be verified.
