Your shop is not suspended but it is not indexed so your items will not appear in search. I can see them though by clicking your shop name (2 items).
This is probably unrelated to your tax info and it sometimes happen that items get de-indexed. Only Etsy can re-index you so write an email and put "Shop Not Indexed" in the heading so they will see instantly what needs to be done. Hopefully, you will be re-indexed soon but you will probably have to wait until after the weekend.
