I saw this person created a shop on facebook called etsycrafts.com. I'm sure that's got to be some form of trademark violation, right? Maybe etsy can reach out to Meta about this one.

Yeah, it's extremely likely that will be a large problem for the shop owner.  It's always so important to learn about a used platform, legalities of selling in retail and how search works before opening shop. People have tried to do this before.

Etsy could probably press some kind of trademark infringement complaint, but Facebook won't do anything without one coming directly from Etsy.

I've actually seen paid ads of FB for them, TOTAL rip-off of Etsy and their products are crap.  

Report them to Etsy so Etsy can file a DMCA.

Doesn't look like they have an etsy shop. Yes Etsy would have to file a DMCA over that. Maybe reach out to trust and safety or etsylegal  via email or tweet them?

There have been a few threads about this issue in the last month here in the forum . you may want to do a search and see if anything there is of help

from what I seen on FB about this is the Page shop has been there since may 25 2020 they have a huge following and care related to china. Also the web domain, is with c not s, small change does it matter who knows, maybe, maybe not. Nothing we can do about that is on Etsy to figure out.
