System Problem

Your Etsy system didn't remove my old expired card.
I removed it when it expired, of course.
when appears the red line and ask me "update card" i click and appears already the new cards. So this is the problem with your system, not mine. 
What do I have to remove if I have already removed it???????? Now that my two new bank accounts/debit card are uploaded and verified, I PRETEND to have found Fix it!!!!!!!!!

Help me in this case, or share my case with the team leader. Maybe he has access to the account.
I have been dealing with this issue for over three months.

@RafaDollsDolls: Did Etsy Support or the Help Pages send you here? This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts)

 

You can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us

 

Often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved.

 

Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so closes the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

i contact with over 3 months customer service, and no any one fixed my problem.

You add the new card.  Make it the default and then remove the old one.

If the card was a new card with the same number, only the expiration date needs to be changed,
