Suspicious message from 'Etsy'

Today I received a message from someone saying:

When I filter messages as 'from Etsy' this message is not included, and the profile attached is nothing a normal Etsy profile, it is missing the little E next to the Etsy logo used to verify actual admins. Plus I do not see any reason as to why Etsy would need my email...

Any advice on how to handle this? My gut says this is a scam, I will report the fake Etsy profile but not sure how to handle the message from the 'customer'?

Okay, an update already! I contact Etsy support and they're getting a specialist team to look into it for me
