I am using my spare account as my main business account (UniqHandicraftLondon - UK based) has been suspended due to suspicious activity, which has happened on 10th May and I am getting below message while accessing the account.
I have filed an appeal and also raised few support tickets to ETSY but I am not getting any reply from ETSY and this is really impacted by day to day business and I have order to be updated and it seems if I do not get my access back in time it will also impact my STAR Seller rating.

Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

There is no real time limit. You could try replying to the initial email with "I still need help"
Or try requesting a call back

Try the phone number again, if you are putting your mobile number in drop the 0
Once the number has been entered you may get a error, but for some reason it still logs the call back request

It is frustrating as I am not sure what is wrong with my shop as I did not get any warning or email from ETSY and all my listing are unique and all my sales are organic.
Hope this issue will get resolve soon.
Do you think ETSY might have found suspicious as my revenue for APR 2024 was very higher then usual?
Are you still able to sign into the account that's been suspended? The "suspicious activity" message seems to typically occur if your account has been hacked or somebody has tried to sign into it other than yourself. If you are still able to sign in, check under your account, security settings, and you may be able to see a sign in that was not yourself. If so, sign them out, change your password, and enable 2FA.

@ArtisanaleLondon: The phrase "suspicious activity" can mean many things, but you should periodically check to see if there have been log-ins from unfamiliar devices https://www.etsy.com/seller-handbook/article/1087958808206
This also happened to me around the same time in May. Couldn't get a hold of anyone from Etsy.. were you ever able to resolve this?
