Suspended until enrolled in etsy payments

I'm trying to restart my shop after being away for a few years, my account has been suspended until i enroll in Etsy Payments - which i've now done and verified but account still saying suspended? Any help to get it unsuspended? I've tried filling in and sending a help request but that wouldn't send!

Nothing is instant on Etsy. Give it a couple of days and then try contacting Etsy support again if your shop has not been activated by then. I could also be that they want ID documents from you so check your emails including the junk mail folder.
