Suspended account Refund

Hello everyone!

My other etsy shop got suspended about 20 days ago but they did not restore my account back, but the problem is 2 of my orders were refunded idk how this could be possible because my shop is suspended and i didn't refunded it but my customers refunded by themselves, and how would that be possible.

If anyone knows about it please inform me. Thank you in advance.

Etsy would have refunded these customers from your account, you will have to contact Etsy

I just checked your shop and it looks active, I can even place items in the basket to purchase.

Regarding the refunds, check your messages.. by the sounds of it 2 customers would have opened a case against you and received the refund

@CryzalisDesigns  I think they are talking about their other shop not this one.

What were you selling in the other shop, I see no mention of another shop in this one, if you have more than one they need to be declared in each shop. 

Are you following Etsy's rules ie Handmade by you, Vintage or Craft supplies, have you supplied your Siret/Siren number.
