Hello! I have three orders from the last period that did not have tracking because one was a local hand delivery and two were customers that purchased other items and I combined shipping of two orders (completing the first order and sending tracking on the second). Etsy is dinging me for not having tracking for these three orders. Can I somehow update it in their system to get credit for the on-time delivery? Can I contest it?

Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.

You must add the tracking number on all combined orders.

No credit for in person delivery but mark the others as complete and add tracking number has always worked for me.

In my case I have added the tracking number to both combined orders, and it still considered one as not having tracking. Any ideas what is happening or how to fix it?
