Hi! This account https://classywallpapers.etsy.com was suspended 35 days ago, 3 weeks after opening and first sale. We can't log-in to Community forum from it, so i'm writing from there name. Maybe someone from Esty support will see this message and answer:)
1) There was only one email saying literally nothing, just information that you can respond to this email if you are not agree. No answers tho
2) Bank and personal information verified.
3) 100% unique designs without violating any rights or policies
4) 3 appeals submitted and after 2 weeks - case closes without answer.
5) Requested a phone call, but were said to wait for appeal answer..
Not sure that this message will be seen by Support, but who knows.
Both shops appear to be selling wallpapers, slightly different styles, but the same type of product. Could that be the reason for suspension?
You can run 100 shops, its up to you. But each of them must have unique products.
''The strategy you use with your shops should reflect the unique needs of your business. If you want to introduce a new line of products that is very different from your existing brand, a second shop may be useful.'' (bold is mine)
How to Open a Second Shop on Etsy – Etsy Help
Looking at the cached version, the listings there didn't look unique enough from the ones in ChicKiddo. Both shops are/were selling scenic watercolor wallpapers. Why didn't you just list them in the current shop? You could've made separate sections.
I mean, if you make bracelets for kids and wooden gothic bracelets, they are both "jewellery" category but the design/productions/customers/marketing strategy for your shop are different.
I agree that it is not ok when people duplicate shops and products. But there are lots of reasons to separate shops in one niche but for different customers.
Why not just sell the wallpaper from the closed wallpaper shop in your existing wallpaper shop?
In general terms- for marketing.
