Hello
It's been two months since I opened my Etsy shop. After that, I was asked for bank verification, which I did. Then my first order came in. I shop on Etsy and was buying digital products. Then suddenly I saw the word “suspended” in my shop. I filed an appeal, they asked me for verification, I sent it, and then I got a negative response. They also said I had an open order. The listings say ‘suspended’ and the dashboard says “under review.” I entered the tracking number for my open order I entered the tracking number and shipped the product. Has anyone else encountered such a situation? There is no violation in my store.

Your Etsy account may be suspended for policy violations like copyright infringement, dropshipping non-handmade items, or reselling, but it could also be due to issues with your personal information, an overdue bill, suspicious activity, or incomplete account verification. Check your email for a message from Etsy explaining the reason, and if it's a policy violation you can fix, or a financial/verification issue, you may be able to appeal through the system or by replying to the email.

What were you selling? Was everything made by you? Did you list production partners?
So, I buy digital patterns and display them in mockups, then I have them printed on fabric in the size my customer wants and send them out. However, all the products I use are commercially licensed. Etsy sent me an email asking a few questions, then said my account had been permanently suspended. They mention a high security risk, but I have no idea what that's about. I also stated on the page that I am a production partner. I also want to ask: my customer's order was still open. I was able to enter the order number and ship the product as I mentioned. This was my first order. Is this normal?
@LuxeVistaHome if they mentioned a security issue then it's probably something to do with your Identity documents.
They might also be confused why you are saying you are a production partner. A 'partner' is another company that you work with.
If you are using another person's designs and then using another company to print those designs on to fabric and not doing anything else before shipping the fabric then that is not allowed on Etsy.
If you (yourself) make the printed fabric into curtais (for example) in-house then that should be ok.
Actually, I apply it directly to the curtain and have these produced according to the measurements provided by my customers. The job description you gave is my model.
Shop doesn't appear to be suspended. It's gone.
"I buy digital patterns and display them in mockups, then I have them printed on fabric in the size my customer wants and send them out."
sounds like reselling which isn't allowed. Did you read the creativity standards? how were these listed? (made by, designed by, etc. sourced by might have worked if that was an option.
I apply the patterns I've chosen to curtain mockups and, based on the incoming order, determine measurements such as 1 or 2 panel heights. I also learn about hanging styles and produce and ship accordingly. Based on my research, this is a viable model on Etsy.
I ultimately display the digital products I purchase on fabric, meaning I don't resell the digital products I buy as digital products; I convert them into physical products.
When making physical items, you have to display the finished product. You can not buy a bunch of digital designs and list them with the intent on turning them into physical items.
When you sell physical items, you have to show the final product finished for sale.
*if you are selling a physical item on Etsy, your primary listing image and at least one image or video must show the final, finished product ready for sale. This applies to items made by you or using computerized tools, where you must use your own original photos or video content of the actual finished product, not stock images or artistic renderings
Anyway, seems like your shop has been totally removed from Etsy, all you can do now is file an appeal. No one can help you with this.
I also filmed and posted a short promotional video of the finished products in the store promotional video. Yes, I objected. I will wait for the process.
