Then suddenly I saw the word “suspended” in my shop. I filed an appeal, they asked me for verification, I sent it, and then I got a negative response. They also said I had an open order. The listings say ‘suspended’ and the dashboard says “under review.” I entered the tracking number for my open order I entered the tracking number and shipped the product. So, I buy digital patterns and display them in mockups, then I have them printed on fabric in the size my customer wants and send them out. However, all the products I use are commercially licensed. Etsy sent me an email asking a few questions, then said my account had been permanently suspended. They mention a high security risk, but I have no idea what that's about. I also stated on the page that I am a production partner. I also want to ask: my customer's order was still open. I was able to enter the order number and ship the product as I mentioned. This was my first order. Is this normal?

@LuxeVistaHome if they mentioned a security issue then it's probably something to do with your Identity documents.

They might also be confused why you are saying you are a production partner. A 'partner' is another company that you work with.

If you are using another person's designs and then using another company to print those designs on to fabric and not doing anything else before shipping the fabric then that is not allowed on Etsy.

If you (yourself) make the printed fabric into curtais (for example) in-house then that should be ok.

sounds like reselling which isn't allowed.  Did you read the creativity standards? how were these listed? (made by, designed by, etc. sourced by might have worked if that was an option.

When making physical items, you have to display the finished product. You can not buy a bunch of digital designs and list them with the intent on turning them into physical items.

When you sell physical items, you have to show the final product finished for sale.
