Esty support don't want to talk to me at all:) The only way i can contact them is email. No chat or phone call available. My new store was suspended as it always happens to new stores after first sale or other activity..i don't know. But usually you reply to there email and the unblock your store if it was suspended by mistake. I have been waiting for there reply for 13 days now, so i just wanted to ask if this happens only to me or you have the same issue?

Right, this one is open. I'm talking about another store, which doesn't belong to me or connected with me.
Then why would you expect them to contact you at all if the shop doesn't belong to you or is connected to you in any way? If that is not you, then Etsy will never answer. Etsy will only talk to the registered shop owner and that can takes days to weeks to receive an answer.

Are you trying to contact Etsy about a store that doesn't belong to you or even connected to you?
If so then that is why you're not getting any help.
Etsy is not going to discuss anything with you about another shop.
The shop owner has to be the one to contact Etsy.
Guys, i just wanted to ask if there is a problem with contacting etsy support this days. We received a suspension message from support 13 days ago (Another account that belongs to my friend) and it is 13 days after replying on there message and no responce.

You put "WE" received that message.
And "My new store was suspended".
That "we" and "my" implies that it's your shop or you're a member of that shop.
"My new store" implies that it was YOUR new store, not a friends store.
It's confusing because it seems you're asking about YOUR shop.
If a friends shop, why not say "your friend got this message from Etsy"?
Or either I'm asking this for a friend.
It would have been a LOT less confusing IMO.

.. ChicKiddo is my store, the suspended store is not mine, i'm just asking about this situation( etsy reply time nowadays ) from this account. The owner of the suspended account was contacting support from his email and haven't received any answer for 13 days. sorry for so much information, i thought the question was pretty simple
If "asking for a friend", not good to use "my new shop" or "we received" if you are not a member of the shop.
Yeah, sorry. Didn't want to confuse.
We all would have understood "my friend" or "he/she". Sadly, you got a lot of replies but not any that helped.
Thanks everyone. She will keep waiting for etsy support answer. First time posting here and in my head i had pretty clear question:)
Etsy support are slow to respond. They could be checking ID manually. If you must contact Etsy support its best to try to contact them via the shop with the problem otherwise they won't talk to you about another shop.
