‘Support bot’ message claiming i got an order is this spam or real?

Just got a message through from ‘Etsy support bot’ saying i got an order with address, buyers name and saying they paid. It asks me to scan a QR code which led me to a page that said there is an error…

I haven’t received anything in my email or into my actual order section in Etsy. I’m feeling this is spam but this is the first time I've had anything through like this so wanted to see if anyone else has experienced anything similar and if I shouldn’t worry and definitely not do anything with it.

If you receive an actual order, you will see it in your "Orders and Shipping" section and you will receive an email from Etsy notifying you that you have a sale, and there will be a notification in your dashboard as well.

Any time they ask you for email QR code any way to take you off of Etsy to take care of a problem on Etsy iits a scam. Real Etsy will solve their problem in house. If you go out of E you are not protected, once you get that message they want you to put in all your info such as bank and cc again, and then take all your funds.
