Etsy shop required

i can not log in my account in blue etsy seller app and it says like this (photo). i got an email about that when i inform you etsy support about that and share my infos but there is still no return on this.

@essiesrealm  - I apologize but I'm not quite sure what problem you are having with your shop, other than you say you cannot log into it & that you have shared information with Etsy.

If you have problems logging into your account using the app, try using a browser on your phone or use a computer.

If you have already opened a help ticket with Etsy & have not received a response you will need to be patient as they are back-logged. 
Remember to reply to any generic responses to your help ticket that your issue is not resolved.

I have the same issue. It’s a new device and my store is not “associated” with the iPhone. Trying to figure a way to get my iPhone and ETSY SHOP to associate with each other a bit more interactively. Like print my shipping labels? No luck even after installing Firefox and deleting the app and reinstalling again. Signing out and in again. Added 2-step auth. (Which I didn’t want because it is hard enough accessing my account) Tried it all.

@essiesrealm: In addition to the excellent advice from  @JMOldeVintage, keep in mind that even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

I’m having the same problem when I try to log in with my Apple password on a new iPhone. My laptop is in the shop so have to use this phone to print shipping labels. It prints a few, then decides not to print the rest. ETSY is blaming the app. I have over due orders and no answers.

@CNHdonut: "ETSY is blaming the app." Have you tried using your mobile browser rather than the app?

Can you go to your local library to print your labels until your laptop is fixed?
