@marysebcreations - Some shops in the EU have experienced an Etsy glitch.
The correct tracking number & shipping carrier chosen but the glitch changes the chosen carrier to a different one.
Since the tracking number is not the correct format for the carrier that suddenly appears Etsy will see this as the package having no tracking.
Some shop owner go back into their completed orders a day or so later to be sure this did not happen. You can edit the tracking information for up to three days after marking the order complete.
A few shop owners have used this as a work-around: Choose the incorrect carrier first. Enter all the other information. Then before clicking "complete order" go back and select the correct carrier - the one you used.
Since the glitch is random & not affecting every shop owner it will probably be a while before Etsy tracks down the reason for the glitch.
If this is what is happening to you, you will need to be more vigilant, returning to your completed orders to be sure nothing mysteriously changed.
@marysebcreations: As mentioned, there are several bugs with the Complete Order process.
Make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. You have 72 hours to update / correct the shipper and tracking number from the time you mark the order as completed.
You should also check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see which order(s) Etsy thinks has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
