I have wasted three days now trying to get some kind of help to find out why etsy has suspended my account. Is there a way to get some kind of customer support or talk to an actual live person?
The message on your store front implies that you need to verify either your ID or your tax documents.
Try contacting Etsy Help to see what the issue is.
Yes and I have already corrected my information and got another message saying "Good news: We verified your taxpayer information!". I had laid all of this out in my first two post and the post was rejected by Etsy. The link you have attached I have tried numerous times with no success. I have even tried the appeal link and Etsy comes beck with a "You have no issues that qualify for appeal" The rest of the information in my "Edit legal shop information" section is 100% correct and verifiable. Etsy has already charged me for a listing that when online for one day and then went offline when they put me on vacation mode.
You will most likely have to wait. Some have reported waiting up to two months for help.

based on the message on your banner - it looks more like a forced vacation - did you have a lot of open orders ... or maybe some shipped late?
Thanks for your reply. No I am new to Etsy and had just set up my shop. Then I started to ad listings (3 total) and that was it.
You are not suspended you are on forced vacation just like me.At least you got a message from them.I am still waiting for an answer(9days),I have no idea what and where should I upload never received any email from them.
Yeah, I am about done with this. I just set up my shop and started to add listings (three listings) and put on vacations with no email from Etsy. I poured through page after page that either said the thing things or cycle me back to repeat pages. What I got from that is 1. Etsy has no live persons to help you. 2. They think you can help yourself. 3. They rely to much on self help, AI and Forums to resolve their issues for them. But issues like you and I are having require an Etsy employee to release the vacation hold. This is my take on Etsy's help method, If I and going to run a shop on Etsy and pass money through their website, then there had better be a live customer support to help with my issues and Etsy does not seem to have one.
don't worry they do this to new shops they will get you off the vacation mode in few days.
I'm so sorry this is happening. It is a holiday week in the US. As I recall, Etsy is always slower with responses during holiday weeks. This is likely due to staff vacations or days off. This issue is likely to be fixed soon.
