Suggestions space for Etsy interface improvements

I have 3 shops and have been using Etsy since 2017.  Everything seems fine...

BUT...

I have not been able find anywhere on the Etsy interface where users can make suggestions, propose changes, or query Interface Design choices.  The Etsy interface is kludgey: From having all the navigation bars only at the bottom of the page, to notifications which stay up for months, breaking up the visual coherency of the dashboard and forcing sellers to scroll instead of giving us a snapshot.

Issues such as the "new" app doesn't rotate on an iphone or ipad; user's page settings on the dashboard are not persistent (reverting to the coders original layout every morning when one logs on); information that a shop owner might need is obscure and requires long searches to find; inconsistent security measure (codes one day; "I am not a robot" (with as many as 15 attempts required to log in) the next.

I cannot be the only shopkeeper on Etsy who loses time and motivation because of the primitive interface.  Etsy should give us a place to make suggestions...they don't have to implement every one but some of us have good ideas about making the interface more friendly and no place to air those.

You are not alone. I just went through the Captcha Groundhog Day you referenced. Made me select a bicycle 10 times before allowing me to log in. And don't get me started on trying to find actual stats or search terms in the back end. They have been rendered useless by Etsy's UI designers.

I think at this point that the engineers and coders are probably running simultaneous A/B experiments 24/7 throughout the site (front and back end). And none of them are aware of each other's tests. Which is why there are so many glitches and non-working design elements.

There's definitely no way to provide design feedback. Not that it would matter, because at this point no one behind the scenes runs an Etsy shop--so they have no idea what's useful and what's not to the average seller. I've bookmarked all the important backend sections because it is a waste of time to go through 4 menus just to get to the Orders screen. Just one example of many that requires 73 clicks to get to.

Etsy used to have a place for suggestions.  They no longer do,

I don't know if they don't want feedback except in the subjects they want feedback on or if they just aren't interested in feedback at all from us.

And there is the other side to this, be careful what you wish for because you may get something that Etsy thinks fulfills your desire but it really doesn't.  I have seen that happen here over and over again.  I just go with the flow now.
