This is common, traffic goes up and down a lot -it's called 'rotation' here. My traffic is currently up and I'm doing better than I was in Mar-April, which just goes to show while others are up, some are down. When you were up, others were down. it's possible the response badge affected you a little, though I don't think we have data on that. I'm assuming it did as Etsy has high expectations of it's sellers.
You're selling an item with high competition so you will notice more than others might. Digital gets a lot of new sellers and they get boosted in the search, which means the listings that don't sell like hotcakes get pushed out of the way. You can't rely on organic traffic alone if you want to make any decent headway here.
