Submitting Items to my Store Does Not Always Work?

Jump to solution

I am new.. and am still building up my store.  I create my design and submit it from my Printful account.  I have managed to submit over 100 items successfully and have even made my first organic sale.

My issue is when I go through this exact same process, the item appears to be send successfully on the Printful side but they never appear in my drafts folder on the ETSY side.  This seems to happen about 20% of the time.  There are no error messages, no warnings, no notification of any kind.  Its as if I never submitted them.

Are they not making it to ETSY?  Are they being blocked or denied for some reason?  IF they are being denied, is there supposed to be a notification of some kind?

I have gone back and tried to submit them again but its the same result.

A little help?

Well, your shop is full of infringements. The Grinch is trademarked. And you cannot use any sports teams names unless you have permission. Best you clean up your shop before it's permanently closed.

You really need to remove all the trademark infringement, or Etsy will close you and probably IP ban you.

Even your shop description is about how you copied some teams trademarked logo. They may consider it all counterfeit also.

It's all illegal by Etsy's terms of use, and the law, and Etsy won't let it be sold here if they see it. (Since you're asking for help)

Obviously, OP is ignoring suggestions. Will probably be back asking why shop was shut down.

"I am new.. and am still building up my store." -- If you want to keep your stop open, be sure to provide licenses for each and every trademarked item (sports teams, Grinch, Angry Birds). Without proper licenses, it's IP infringement that puts your shop at risk.

"I create my design" -- These designs (names and images) belong to people / companies that created them. When you're going to make money, it is not fan art anymore. Both of your sold items are trademarked.

Do the listing that aren't syncing to etsy have ip issues? If so then Printful may not be pushing them to etsy because they also violate Printful policy (infringement etc).
