Stuck in Vacation Mode

I am a star seller, with a 5-star rating, I have already verified my account and my Driver's License is on file. Out of nowhere I was placed in Vacation Mode. 

I check my dashboard and I have this.

" Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

It has now been almost a week with no resolution, so I filed a dispute and submitted my Driver's license and passport again to try to understand what is going on, and then I get an email to submit my verification documents. I submit them again, and get the same notification "Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your information. This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you."

There's no way to contact Etsy and I don't understand. I am still showing as verified for my information and I don't understand why this is happening. If anyone has experienced this or knows what I can do, please share your advice?
