Stuck in Vacation Mode

Hello! I am just starting up my Etsy shop and it is stuck in vacation mode. I received an email about it being because my taxpayer information was not verified. I went made corrections and got a success banner saying it was now verified. Although, it shows that banner below the banner saying that it has not been verified. I have got out and back in multiple times but it still shows both banners. How can I get that cleared so that it can come out of vacation mode?

How do I get a hold of them? I haven’t been able to find a way to directly contact them

Etsy does not have a published phone number or eMail address for customer service (any you find on the internet will likely be scammers).

Hello, I contacted support, but they did not respond. It was a mistake that I selected Incorporated business. Then, when I switched to Individual or sole proprietorship, all Ahta notifications were removed and verified, but the store is still in holiday mode. If you were able to solve this problem, could you help me?
