Stuck in Payoneer Linking Loop – No Update from Etsy Tech Team for Over 7 Days

Hi everyone,

I’m currently facing a critical issue with Etsy Payments and would appreciate any advice, support, or visibility.

My shop “Wizzartprint” is stuck in a technical loop with Etsy & Payonner. Etsy shows that my account is linked to Payoneer, but Payoneer has confirmed that the funding source was disconnected (released) from their end and cannot be re-linked.

As a result, a payout of ₹113,271 that Etsy issued on May 19, 2025 never reached my Payoneer account and was returned. My Payment Settings page now says “You need to re-onboard to Payoneer,” but when I try to do so, I get the error that the funding source can’t be reused.

I’ve contacted both Etsy and Payoneer multiple times. Etsy support told me the case was escalated to their technical team, but it’s been over 7 days with no update, no timeline, and no resolution. Every time I try to follow up, I’m asked to “wait” with no clear answers.

I can also prepare a new Payoneer account using a different email, but Etsy must reset or remove the previous Payoneer link before I can connect it — which they haven’t done yet.

This has severely affected my business. I cannot access any payouts despite fulfilling all orders on time and following every instruction from support teams.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

  • How long did it take Etsy to respond to escalated Payoneer cases?

  • Did anyone successfully get their account reset for re-onboarding?

Any help or suggestions would mean a lot.
