Etsy Insider Shipping Reimbursement

Does anyone know when/how we are reimbursed for Etsy Insider paid shipping? I have had a handful of them in the past couple of weeks and can only see where I paid for the shipping out of my account balance with no reimbursement added back. Thanks for any help.

You don't pay the shipping out of your disbursement, Etsy credits you for it.  Check the payment information at the bottom of the order detail page.  You will see the initial shipping subtracted from the buyer's payment, and then at the bottom you will see the shipping credit from Etsy which gives you the shipping the buyer would have paid without the Insider offer.
