Stuck in Holiday Mode

My shop has been stuck in hokoday mode for over 2 months now. 
I’ve been open over a year so not sure what prompted the intial action but have since re-uploaded my ID and bank details but still no joy. 
I just get automated responses from Etsy who then close the case after a set amount of days 

Has anyone else had this/can advise?

You need to reply to those automated responses.  If you don't as you know Etsy just closes them.  Reply to the same email over and over until you get help.

Do you make the caps yourself?  You have the production partner section filled out as "another platform" so it could be that you are in vacation mode until you fill that out with the actual production partner info? That section should state specially who've you've hired to manufacture something that you personally designed. If you aren't already aware, on this platform you cannot resell items that were made / designed by someone else, only items you make or at least designed.
