Stuck In Vacation Mode

I like so many others received the email stating I needed to update my information within 10 days or my account would be suspended. I immediately updated my information. At first it got rejected because of a dash that is on my business paperwork that apparently they didn't want on there. I fixed everything and got the "Good news your tax information has been verified", name verified, bank account verified, & the email stating all pauses has been lifted from your account yet I'm STILL locked in vacation mode since November 15th, 2024. I'm at my wits end & ready to give up on Etsy. I went from having my absolute best month of sales in October to not being able to sell at all. I opened help tickets & got the same generic email every time telling me to update my taxpayer information which was already done & verified (took screenshots & sent them was replies to the email). I read online that opening new help tickets moves you back to the bottom so I stopped opening new ones. The Good news your taxpayer information has been verified banner has disappeared from my dashboard but it still says verified next to my identification & bank account. Anyone have any ideas on what move to make next other then finding a different site to sell on? Oh I WAS also a star seller with 5 star reviews.

Only open ONE help ticket and keep replying to that one ticket "I still need help".

This is a Etsy call back link, it may or may not work depending on the time of day.
Phone support is outsourced and probably can't help but they should be able to get someone at Etsy that can help you though it might takes days (or weeks).
