CONFUSED BY ETSY PUTTING MY SHOP ON VACATION MODE???????????? WTH???? ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS ISSUE

I logged into my shop, went to my Sales, entered my usps tracking number on sale.

Went back to my main page, Shop page says I am in vacation mode?? What, I did not put my shop on vacation mode.

OH, ETSY PUT MY SHOP ON VACATION MODE, NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG.

Went to Manage my shop, and this was posted:

Your shop will stay in Vacation Mode while we review your info

This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now—we'll reach out if we need more details from you.

#1 - I DID NOT UPLOAD A DOCUMENT

#2 - THE LAST THING I DID YESTERDAY, WAS NOTHING BUT TO SIGN IN TO GET SHIPPING ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING SALE

#3 - DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY, CREATED AND LISTED A FEW NEW SALES

AND, BTW, Not happy that Etsy took off the "request a call back", can only now email which takes 1-2 days.  Why is Etsy making everything more difficult?????  I remember the days of Smooth Selling. 

UGH, so frustrated with the nonsense.

Oh wow, sorry about that. Did you receive an email from Etsy? Otherwise, the only thing I can think of is to use Help > Contact (in your Shop Manager/Dashboard). I hope this is soon remedied for you.

When I go to your shop’s home page, I see a banner (Etsy-generated, I’m guessing) that says “I’m working on fulfilling my current orders right now, but will be back soon.” Do you have any outstanding orders, or orders past their ship dates? Usually when Etsy does that, it means they think you have more outstanding orders than you can fulfill at the moment.

I suspect this is a rogue bot.  I've seen a few "re-verification" threads in the forum from well established sellers.  Why Etsy would be doing this, at this time of year, is monumentally stupid.  They know Q4 is essential for sellers and their grossly understaffed "customer service" is hammered at this time of year.  

There is a mod monitoring the forum.  They may escalate your problem to customer service.  Other than that - ask for a call back. I'm sorry this is happening to you.  Etsy's right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing.
