My shop was de-indexed without warning. I had received one message from customer service saying that they had sent me an email stating my violations, but they never did. I checked all folders. I have been a star seller for about a year and have made over 18,000 sales. I have never had any issues before. My products are plants (as in nursery plants) and herbs and tea blends. I bet that one of the reasons why was a tea blend I had labeled as "PMS relief" (but I don't have confirmation if that was why). I have removed all my tea blends since, and have been messaging over and over in my support request. What else can I do? This store is my main and only flow of income, and now that it's been 2 weeks I am really getting concerned. Really disappointed with Etsy after all the time and money I have given them for years.
