My store has been in vacation mode for over 20 days now. I posted a thread here about a week ago and got a quick email response, which was the first time I heard anything from Etsy about it. They've asked for documents, which I sent over the same day, but I still haven’t heard back, it's now been 20 days since my store is paused.
What do I do? Please help
