Etsy often puts a shop on forced vacation mode (when they receive their first sale) while they verify your ID. Have they requested ID documents from you yet? Did they request Tax payer ID? If they can't verify your ID the shop is then suspended.
The account you are posting from here has no shop attached so perhaps your shop has been closed permanently (which is different to just being on vacation mode).
What is your shop url and what were you selling?
Check if you have received any emails from Etsy which might help explain what is going on (we don't know - we are just other sellers). Check in your junk mail folder as emails from Etsy legal dept. can often go in there.
