Still having problems with shipstation integration

I have read the solution, which is to remove and restart from the integration tab but Shipstation isn't listed, and I can't find anywhere to add it back in manually. So I've removed it but have no idea how to add it back in. Where do we find to add it in as an integrated app? 

Also - I tried to reset the marketplace connection from Shipstation and when I click on that, I get an error. "Request failed with Status 404"

Also I'd like to add, I tried to set the store up as a brand new store in Shipstation, and it gives me the same error "We received an error from Etsy, the remote server returned an error (404) not found. "

Did you try to reconnect in shipstation AFTER you disconnected on Etsy?  That was the only way it worked for me.  I was getting the error codes until I removed it from Etsy first.
